Q - What is Beast Farmer?
A - Beast Farmer is a series of dynamic touch-screen mobile games that allow a player to hatch, raise, and grow a fascinating beast from Beast Planet!

Q - And what is a Beast Farmer?
A - A Beast Farmer is you!  Each time a player enters the game they accept the role of Beast Farmer, a mythical creature native to Beast Planet.

Beast Farmers come from one of three tribes that inhabit the lost world that makes up Beast Planet, with each tribe excelling in various types of farming.  While some tribes prefer to raise Battle Beasts, other tribes only like to race Racing Beasts.

Q - Can I choose which Beast Farmer tribe I would like to be part of?
A - Not yet but in the future we will have the option of picking your farming avatar and declaring your dedication to your favorite tribe.

Q - What is a Swamp Chicken?
A - A Swamp Chicken is one of the mysterious beasts on Beast Planet.   They make their homes in the toxic Bogs of Doom, hidden deep in the darkest regions of Beast Planet.   Most closely related to the dinosaurs, these beasts cannot fly, but have tremendous leaping ability.  The Swamp Chicken's greatest weapons are a flying head-smash, firing their back spikes, and of course, the deadly Swamp Fart!

Q - How do I increase my Beast's strength in the Interactive Stages?
A - Strength is increased by teaching you Beast a series of tricks and battle moves.

In order to perform the moves you must swipe your finger across the screen.  Start at the center of the bird and slide your finger in various directions.

Check the "Help" button for specific directions.

Q - It is hard for me to complete the Fly-Catching game. Is there a secret?
A - Blue flies are worth the least amount of food points, while reds are worth more, and the fastest flie, the gold ones, are worth the most.

Try waiting for the red flies as they will help you fill your chicken's hunger meter the fastest, especially if you can't catch the gold one.

Once you have pressed down on a fly, drag it to your baby chicken's mouth, this will begin the feeding process.  Sometimes it helps to wiggle the fly over the chicken's mouth to begin its feeding.

Q - What happens if I have run out of food in the Interactive Stage?
A - By pressing the Food+ icon in the corner, you will return to the mini-game associated with each growth level.  It is during these mini-games that you can earn more food for your beast.

Q - What do I do once I have earned food in my mini-games?
A - Once you have earned food you can then press the Feed+ button in the top corner.  Once pressed, this button will take you back to the interactive stage where you can feed your beast all the food you have earned.

Q - When I am playing Chicken Run, my Beast smashes a rock, and inside the rock is a little blue glow-fly. What do I do with that fly?
A - The blue glow-fly helps you earn additional food points for your chicken.  However, the points are only earned if you press on the fly after it has been released from the smashing rock.

Q - How do I kill the Green Jade Dragon on the second level of Chicken Run?
A - One of the Swamp Chicken's favorite moves is the flying head-smash.  Try leaping above the Dragon and pressing the attack button when you are in the air.  This will perform a flying head-smash attack on the dragon.  Remember, you have to be close enough to your enemy to attempt this move successfully.

Q - I can't kill the Lava Slug, what am I doing wrong?
A - Just before you face the Lava Slug you must collect the Fire Cherry, which is suspended in mid-air just in front of where the Slug appears.  With this cherry you an use your attack button to shoot fire balls at your enemy.

Q - I loved playing Beast Farmer, how do I learn about new updates?
A - You can always be the first to learn about new updates, special game cheats, and much more, by registering.  You can register on the home screen of your game, or visit our websites and register there; www.beastfarmer.com or www.industrialbrothers.com.

Q - What will the next Beast Farmer game be about?
A - The next game will feature a single beast, which will allow a player to hatch, raise and battle with that Beast!  We are going to include much more content, multiple stages and levels, and provide frequent additional updates.

Q - Will there be a point where I can choose which Beast I want to raise?
A - Yes, however, we have a series of 3 individual Beast stories (games) that we would like to release first, before exploring this option.

Q - What is Beast Farmer II: Beasts Unleashed?
A - Beast Farmer II: Beasts Unleashed is the second Beast Farmer game in the Beast Farmer franchise and is available for download from Apple's iTunes AppStore.

Q - Why can't I hatch and raise my Beasts in Beast Farmer II?
A - For this game we chose to the let players experience life as an fully grown battle Beast.  We also loved the hatching and raising of your Beast from our first game and we will definitely offer it again in other Beast Farmer titles.

Q - Will there be more new Beasts in Beast Farmer II?
A - Yes, there are four different Beasts available in Beast Farmer II: Beasts Unleashed.  In addition to this there will be more Beasts available in the regular updates that we will be making to the game.

Q - Can I show my customized Beast to my friends?
A - Yes!  You can share your Beast avatar by posting it to Facebook, Twitter, or by email, through our sharing icons.

Q - How do I unlock additional Beasts in Beast Farmer II
A - New Beasts are available for purchase within Beast Farmer II: Beasts Unleashed.  By purchasing any new Beast (or all Beasts in our upgrade bundle pack) you will have a new Beast avatar to customize and share with your friends.

Q - How do I get my ranking on the leaderboard?
A - Our leaderboards and rankings are hosted by Openfeint, one of the online leaders of social gaming.  In order to see your global ranking you must first login in or create an Openfeint account.  You can open an account by following the link inside the Beast Farmer II game, it's easy to do and takes just seconds!

Q - How do I gain power-ups in Beast Farmer II?
A - Power-ups are achieved through various types of hitting streaks and high scores that you achieve while playing the game.  A power-up is a temporary special power that will help you during a game and if your hitting streak continues they will progress in levels as well.  Make sure you use them while you can because you'll lose them when you take a hit!

Q - How do I improve my ranking?
A - Your ranking is determined by adding up all of your highest scores for each level that you have played in Beast Farmer II: Beasts Unleashed.  To improve your ranking you can unlock new levels to get a score with them or go back and replay older levels to get a better score.

Q - How do I use my power-ups in Beast Farmer II?
When you achieve a power-up it is stored in a tab - the glowing red eye at the bootm left corner of the level.  By pressing this tab you can then select which power-up you wish to use by pressing the specific icon while you are playing.  This will use up the power-up but you can get it back by continuing to play!

Q - Why do my power-ups sometimes disappear after I just collected it?
A - Your power-up will disappear if you get hit by an enemy attacker, so be sure to use them while you can.

Q - Will there be new levels, Beasts and customizations?
A - Yes, we have planned a number of regular updates for Beast Farmer II: Beasts Unleashed that will include new levels, Beasts and customizations.
